[New Dungeon - Abyss Dungeon]

■ Overview
A new solo dungeon, the Abyss, has been added to the game.
How to Enter
Go to [Select Map] in the Lobby and select Abyss.
Layout
The Abyss is comprised of four stages, with harder enemies and better rewards appearing the deeper you venture.
Entrance Requirements
Equipment score must be 410 or higher to enter.
Period Available
The Abyss Dungeon will only be available during specific periods of time. These periods vary by server.

■ Gameplay
Stage Progression and Portal Select
In the Abyss Dungeon, adventurers must embark on a solo adventure. After a certain amount of time elapses, an escape portal and an abyss portal will both appear.
Using the escape portal will allow you to escape from the dungeon.
Using the abyss portal will take you to a rally point, continuing the adventure.
Rally Points
Rally points are areas where players can regroup before progressing to the next stage. Merchants and treasure chests will also appear here.
Treasure chests in rally points can be opened using Keys of the Abyss.
Each rally point grants one Key of the Abyss. You cannot own multiple Keys of the Abyss at the same time.
In the rally point for the fourth stage, a gnome merchant selling special wares may occasionally appear.
Final Stage
Deeper stages yield better rewards.
In the final stage, a golden portal leading to a Treasure Chamber will appear.
Special treasure chests found in Treasure Chambers can be opened using a Golden Key of the Abyss.
Golden Keys of the Abyss can be obtained by defeating bosses on the third and fourth stages or purchased from merchants in rally points.
Unlike Keys of the Abyss, there is no limit to the number of Golden Keys of the Abyss that can be owned.
Main Rules
Adventures in the Abyss Dungeon grant account XP.
Failing to escape the dungeon will not cause you to lose your equipment.
■ Forbidden Knowledge

Forbidden Knowledge is a mechanic exclusive to the Abyss Dungeon that grants stackable, randomized buffs.
Obtaining Forbidden Knowledge
Entering a Dungeon
Entering a dungeon allows you to select and obtain one of three Forbidden Knowledge buffs.
During an Adventure
Gaining a certain amount of XP grants another chance to select and obtain one of three Forbidden Knowledge buffs.
Effects
Forbidden Knowledge buffs provide effects ranging from stat increases to special abilities that can be triggered under specific conditions.
■ Abyss Dungeon Rewards
The Abyss Dungeon offers special rewards different from those found in the Darkest Regions.
New items exclusive to the Abyss have been added.
Abyss Shard, Abyss Obsidian, Abyssal Eye
These items can be sold in exchange for Gold and Darksilver Coins.
Abyss Chests grant enhanced equipment of Rare grade or higher in addition to Platinum Coins.

Four new collections related to the Abyss Dungeon have been added.

Fixed an issue where equipping both Robust and Savage caused stat increases to be displayed abnormally.

The following changes have been made to allow for more strategic uses of stealth.
Assassination Perk lasts for 8 sec after stealth ends.
Killing a target with a direct attack resets Stealth's cooldown.
Assassination Perk will not be affected by buff duration increase.
Killing a target with indirect damage (e.g., poison or burn damage) will not activate Assassination Perk.
Cooldown decreased from 60 sec to 40 sec
Stealth duration increased from 20 sec to 30 sec
Somersault
Somersault no longer grants stealth and can only be used to evade attacks.

Three New Unique Weapons
War Maul - Mountain Smasher
Excels in fights against hordes of enemies with powerful area coverage and basic attack combos.
Special Ability - Smasher Rage: Activates upon using Ground Smash. Decreases wind-up, increases area of effect, and grants combo effects.
Blunderbuss - Annoying Demon
Dominates close-quarters combat with piercing attacks.
Special Ability - Penetrating Explosive Shot: Activates upon using Explosive Shot. Damages enemies in a line, piercing through them and triggering an explosion with each target hit.
Great Shield - Wall of Stares
Supports the team by providing both defensive utility and crowd control.
Weapon Skill - Sturdy: Decreases move speed penalty and increases range of invincibility.
Special Ability - Dazzle: Activates upon using Ground Smash while Sturdy is active. Forces enemies to look at the wielder, hypnotizing them.

Items related to the Lich will no longer appear and will be replaced with Ghost King items.

Individual Matches
Individual matches have been added to the Arena.
Matches follow a best of 5 rounds format.
Any adventurer whose health falls to 0 will instantly lose the match instead of being knocked out.
Matches take place in a map exclusive to this game mode.
Entrance Requirements: Equipment score must be 500 or higher to enter.
Period Available
1v1 individual matches will only be available during specific periods of time. These periods vary by server.

New Arena Map for 3v3 Combat
A new map resembling a colosseum has been added.
■ Visual Effects Improvements
Improved Lock-On Visibility
Lock-on visibility has been improved to make it easier to distinguish between friend and foe when designating targets, regardless of their equipped skins and skill effects.
Locking on to allies will mark them in green.
Locking on to enemies will mark them in red.
Enemy Skill Indicators
Visual effects from enemy skills have been adjusted to allow players to better distinguish allies from enemies.
VFX intensity will be adjusted according to graphics fidelity settings.
■ Spectating Improvements
Voice Chat
A UI element allowing players to toggle voice chat on or off while spectating has been added.
You can now engage in voice chats with party members while spectating other parties.
Automatic Channel Switch for Voice Chat
Your current voice chat channel will automatically switch to TEAM when entering spectating mode, even if it was previously set to ALL.
World Map and Marker Features
The world map can now be accessed while spectating a match.
Markers can be added to the world map when spectating allies.
Markers cannot be added to the world map when spectating enemies. Relevant UI buttons will also be disabled.
■ Killcams
Killcams will display outlines of enemies who killed the player if they are obscured by objects or terrain.
Improvements have been made to the damage log's interface.
The damage log now appears as a pop-up menu, making it easier to switch between the killcam and damage log.
Item Highlights in Results Menu
Items with the highest grade will be highlighted in the results screen for the Darkest Regions.
[New Feature - Book of Prophecy]
The Book of Prophecy has been added, providing players with details on updates and hints on future events.
[Crafting]
Crafting for Dual War Mauls
Dual war mauls are now available for crafting under the Maces / Magic Weapons tab.
Changes to Crafting Materials and Quantity
Changes have been made to the types and amounts of materials needed to craft certain pieces of equipment.
Items: Artifact of Unveiling Darkness, certain rings/necklaces/belts, mid-boss loot
[Altar of Time]
To make losing and restoring equipment less stressful, new means of recovering items have been added to the Altar of Time.
Quest Restoration
Quest Restoration can only be used on items moved to Quest Restoration from Regular Restoration.
Up to 3 Quest Restoration slots can be used per account.
Items can remain in Quest Restoration for up to 3 days.
Items in Quest Restoration slots can be moved back to Regular Restoration by paying 500 Gold per item. However, these items cannot be re-selected for Quest Restoration.
Altar Quests
Completing an altar quest grants a chance for one item to be restored, regardless of grade.
Up to 3 altar quests can be accepted per account.
Refreshing an altar quest costs 1,000 Gold.
Altar quests and refresh chances are reset every Monday at midnight.
Altar quests are assigned at random. No markers or indicators will appear for these quests.
[Mercenaries/Monsters]

New Mercenaries
New S-Rank Mercenary - Rukart
A Fighter mercenary who unleashes blitzing combos using dual-wielded weapons.
Can be recruited from the gnome merchant who appears in the Abyss Dungeon. May appear in the tavern or when using mercenary contracts.
Twelve New Bard Mercenaries
Bard mercenaries of various ranks and instrumental professions have been added to the game. (A-Rank: 3, B-Rank: 3, C-Rank: 6)
Mercenary Dispatch
Dispatch Slot Expansions
Dispatch slots can be unlocked by purchasing Dispatch Team Slot Expansions from the Premium Shop.
Dispatch Records
A new feature that allows players to view dispatch records for the current season (dispatch areas, mercenaries, supplies, loot, exploration time) has been added.
Dispatches canceled by the player or due to season reset will not be recorded.
Dispatch records will be reset at the start of each season.
XP Gain from Dispatch Missions
Mercenaries can now earn XP upon returning from a dispatch.
Condition points consumed during a dispatch mission will automatically be set to the highest possible amount.
Monsters Improvements and Changes
Mimic Improvements
Changes have been made to prevent players from abusing Pickpocket on Mimics for excessive item gains.
Inferno Dungeon Boss Changes
The Ghost King will replace the Lich in the Forgotten Castle (Inferno).
Changes to Monster Impact and Impact Reduction
The impact and impact reduction of common monsters and mid-bosses have been increased by 1 each.
The impact and impact reduction of boss monsters will remain the same.
[Leaderboard]
Collection Leaderboard Score Improvements
Scoring methods for the Collection Leaderboard have been changed for better comprehensibility.
Leaderboard ranks will be determined by the total number of times a player has upgraded their season and general collections. These numbers also will be shown in the Collection Leaderboard.
If two adventurers have identical collection upgrade counts, the one who reached the current count first will be ranked higher.
Weekly League Improvements
Leagues will now open at the start of each season.
New players will immediately be assigned to a league once they are no longer Novice rank.
A notification will appear when your league rank rises after an adventure is finished.
Adventure ranks will no longer be displayed within a league.
The amount of rank points obtained will no longer fall below 0.
Individual Match Leaderboard
A leaderboard for individual matches has been added to the Arena leaderboard.
Individual match ranks will be displayed for each character and will not grant ranking rewards.
Individual match ranks for different classes can be viewed using a filter.
Adventure Rank Reward Changes
Platinum Coins rewards for reaching certain adventure ranks have been decreased.
Affected Ranks: Diamond 2 – Bronze 1
Rank rewards for reaching Diamond 1 or higher and Bronze 2 or lower will remain unchanged.
[Community and Daily Life Features]
Following Players to Training Grounds
Players will be able to enter training grounds occupied by friends or guild members.
When a friend is in a training ground, the Spectate menu will be replaced by the Follow menu.
Follow permissions can be changed by going to the Social tab in Settings.
Guild Tutorials
New tutorials on guilds have been added.
Players who have not joined a guild will receive a notification upon reaching account levels 5, 10, and 20.
A tutorial on creating and joining guilds will appear when players first enter the Guild menu.
Players who have not joined a guild will receive a notification upon completing a daily quest.
[UI/UX Improvements]
Improved Stat Displays
Improvements have been made to the way each stat's effects are displayed.
Selecting a node from the stat tree will show effects affected by the stat.
Tapping on a stat in the stat tree will open a pop-up with details on the selected stat.
Event Collections
Event collections will now display the time remaining until expiry.
Search Menu Improvements
The character limit on search terms in the Trade, Crafting, Closet, and Guild menus has been expanded to 30 characters.
The character limit on friend memos will remain at 10 characters.
Some placeholder text for search menus has been changed to be more consistent in style.
Item Tooltips
Sale prices for items will now be displayed in their respective tooltips.
Sale prices can now be viewed directly from loot chests, allowing items to be appraised more easily.
Collection UX
When upgrading a collection, upgrade materials can now be immediately purchased and consumed from the Trade menu.
Items registered for trade in the Upgrade Collections menu can now be sorted by XP efficiency.
Items can now be filtered by grade when using Add All.
Notifications for Full Stashes
A system message will appear if a player receives rewards via mail because their stash is full.

Changes to Shop Tab Names
Changes have been made to names of certain tabs in the Shop menu to improve clarity.
Before: Adventure > Mercenaries
After: Adventure > S-Rank Mercenaries
Gold Shop
Purchase limits on Gold-related items have been increased.
Purchase limit increased from 1 to 3
Gold Bundles
Changes have been made to the pricing and content of Gold Bundles.
Costs have been adjusted to make each purchase more value efficient.
[Miscellaneous Fixes]
A number of quality-of-life changes have been introduced to improve the overall gameplay experience.
Equip animations that play in the Select Character menu have been improved.
Loading messages have been updated to reflect new content.
Players can now instantly unlock locked slots in their bag or stash by tapping the slot to consume any Stash or Bag Expansions owned.
A system message will appear if a player receives rewards via mail because their stash is full.
The icon for the Trinkets tab in the shop has been replaced with a pouch-shaped icon.
Pop-up guides have been updated with new information.
Running the game on Android devices will no longer automatically activate Low Power Mode.
Tooltips for skins will display their sources as well as the types of currency obtained from dismantling them.
Bag Expansion pop-ups will now show the amount of Bag Expansions currently owned and allow players to change auto use settings.
Progress on total draw counts and rewards can now be viewed at any time, even after reaching reward milestones.
Discount information for items on limited offer will now be displayed in the Purchase button.
A slot for dual war mauls has been added to the Closet.
Souls above a certain level will now change the appearance of support potions.

Matchmaking Delay Fixes
Fixed matchmaking delays caused by increased map counts.
Package Size Optimization
Reduced starting package size to make the client run faster.

Battle/Arena/Skills
Fixed an issue where setting Graphics to Low made the Dark Swarm's edges hard to see.
Fixed an issue where damage from blunderbuss attacks occasionally failed to register.
Skins
Fixed an issue that prevented certain skins and their visual effects from rendering properly.
Fixed an issue where the skin ascension UI occasionally displayed incorrect ascension level information.
Monsters/Dungeons
Fixed an issue that made the Goblin Warrior's attack and movement animations appear awkward.
Fixed an issue where the attack speed of Door Mimics remained fixed instead of scaling with difficulty.
Mercenaries/Dispatch
Fixed an issue where restarting the game after first encountering a mercenary caused certain stats to be displayed abnormally.
Fixed an issue that prevented the dispatch menu from displaying properly or caused the client to crash under certain conditions.
Killcams/Spectating
Fixed an issue that prevented tooltips from appearing when viewing the killcam for the first time.
Fixed an issue where UI elements failed to appear properly under certain conditions when viewing the killcam or spectating.
Fixed an issue where playing the killcam while being revived caused UI elements to disappear, preventing players from progressing.
Systems/UX
Fixed an issue that occasionally caused the countdown in the Bag Expansion pop-up to be displayed abnormally.
Fixed an issue that caused sound effects for equipping weapons to play abnormally.
Fixed an issue that caused weapons and shields to appear in abnormal positions during equip animations.
Miscellaneous Fixes
Bugs related to certain skins, UI elements, and in-game text (localization), as well as compatibility issues related to certain devices have also been fixed.
