End of Service Announcement for Abyss of Dungeons

Hello Adventurers.
Thank you for your continued support of Abyss of Dungeons.
Our team has been working tirelessly up to this point to create the best possible gameplay experience for our players.

However, after carefully reviewing the current state of the game, as well as prospects for a long-term and global release, we have come to the unfortunate conclusion that it may be difficult for us to continue providing players with the experience that they deserve.

As such, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue Abyss of Dungeons following the release of "The Master of Chaos" update, scheduled for November 26.

We sincerely apologize to all the players who were eagerly awaiting the global launch of Abyss of Dungeons.

■ End-of-Service Schedule

  • Discontinuation of In-App Purchases: November 25, 2025 (Tue) 23:00 (UTC)
  • End of Service: January 20, 2026 (Tue) 23:00 (UTC)
  • Refund Application Period: January 21, 2026 (Wed) 01:00 - March 21, 2026 (Sat) 01:00 (UTC)

※ The above dates are subject to change. Any changes in schedule will be announced in a separate post.

※ All game data will be deleted following termination of service, and players will no longer be able to access the game.

※ All user data will be deleted and made impossible to recover or reproduce following end of service.

※ Paid items will no longer be available for purchase after support for in-app purchases is discontinued.

※ Items that can be bought with paid currency will remain available for purchase until end of service.


■ Refund Details

The following items will be eligible for refunds.

  • Eligible Items
    • Unspent Platinum Coins purchased between the game's initial launch (February 5, 2025) and (September 30, 2025)
    • All purchases made after (October 1, 2025), including pass-related paid items (Battle Pass, Royal Pass)


  • Ineligible Items
    • Free Platinum Coins earned through gameplay
    • Platinum Coins purchased prior to (November 26, 2025) that have already been spent
    • Mileage, Season Coins, and Pass Coins


  • Applying for Refunds
    • To request a refund, go to the "Submit a request" section on our Customer Support page and select "End-of-Service Refund Request".
    • Requests must be submitted using the template below. If your request is deemed eligible, you will receive a message listing the steps and documents needed to apply for a refund.
    • Information Required: Requests that do not adhere to the template below may take additional time to process.

※ Refunds will be only be issued for requests made during the above period. All required documents must also be submitted within this period.

※ Refunds will be processed in the order they are received and may take some time to be processed.

※ Refunds will be issued via the form of payment used in the initial purchase.

※ Refunds that cannot be issued through the original form of payment will be delivered via deposit directly to your bank account.

※ By submitting a request, you agree to the refund process outlined by the Company (cash refund via bank account). The Company may contact you or request additional documentation using the submitted information.

※ All required information must be submitted accurately and abide by the instructions listed above. The Company does not take responsibility for any disadvantages caused by invalid or omitted information.

※ Refunds cannot be made for requests with invalid bank account information.

※ Refund processes and processing times may vary by region. Barring certain exceptions, refunds will be issued in the currency used for the initial purchase.

※ Refunds that cannot be issued in the currency used for the initial purchase will be issued in USD, EUR, or another major currency.

※ Additional documentation may be requested to verify purchases during the refund process. The Company reserves the right to reject inappropriate, fraudulent, or unlawful requests.

As a show of appreciation, we will be introducing new content for the final season, as well as various events.
